My name is Sandra Hayes, thank you for looking at my website. You most probably feel apprehensive thinking about starting therapy and it obviously is a big commitment in terms of time and money. It could, however, be the best investment you ever make as you may learn things about yourself and your relationships which enable you to make positive changes

Typical Sessions

I use a combination of CBT, systemic and psychodynamic techniques to explore the meaning of our behaviours and the effect of past experiences on our relationships.

For sex therapy I will never ask you to do anything sexual in the therapy session, all we do there is talk. I may ask you to do some exercises at home because changing what you do can often change your thoughts and emotions.

I see clients initially for an assessment to ensure therapy/counselling is the most appropriate thing at this time, then spend several sessions taking client history and discussing the outcome with you. Then I devise a plan with you and we commence therapy.

Therapy Cost

All sessions delivered via zoom or telephone

Initial assessment £30 for 30 minute session.
History session £80 for 75 minute session.
Ongoing sessions £70 for 50 minute session.
